Nepean Motorsport Complex Meetings
| Gates Open | 7:00am | This is controlled by the Nepean Motorsport Complex |
| Race Entries Open | 7:30am | The Race secretary will commence taking entries. |
| Race Entries Close | 8:45am | Late entries will be placed at the rear of first heat. |
| Scrutineering Open | 7:30am | The NSWSKC operate self scrutineering. |
| Scrutineering Close | 9:00am | Midgets and new drivers must present karts. |
| Volunteers Meeting | 8:15am | This will be called for all club volunteers. |
| AKA Officials Briefing | 8:30am | This will be called for all AKA Officials for the day. |
| Club Meeting | 9:30am | Held by the Club President prior to hand over to the AKA |
| Drivers Briefing | 9:45am | Conducted by the AKA Clerk Of Course following the Club meeting |
| Engines Starts | 10:00am | No engines to be started before 10am due to curfew. |
| Carbie Session | Once AKA Officials are ready , and will be combined with 1st heat Unless otherwise informed |

| Racing | After 10am and when directed by the AKA | |
| Presentation | Will be done 30mins after the conclusion of racing and all placing are official from the AKA , and all track equipment has been packed away. |
