NSWSKC Welcomes their 2012 Corporate Partners

As the New South Wales Speedway Kart Club prepares for the opening of their 2012 season, their newly elected sponsor and marketing coordinator, Scott Donaldson, has spent the off season negotiating sponsorship support for the club.

Whilst Scott is continuing to negotiate with a number of businesses he has been successful in securing support for our race classes and a number of our race rounds.


Hopping’s Mowers at Rydalmere returns this year as the class sponsor for the KT Modified Light Class as they have done for the past 8 years. Owner and speedway legend, Sid Hopping, has been a great supporter of the club and is again happy to be part of the future of speedway.

is a corporate partner that has been with the club for over 5 years and again this year returns as the sponsor of the KT Modified Heavy/Pro Class. Wescranes will also be the naming rights sponsor for the round 7 Championship event, “The Nationals”.

They have a wealth of experienced within the building industry and have worked on many major projects in and around Sydney. Pa-Formance Motors
in 2012 comes on board as a first time sponsor of the NSWSKC with naming rights to the newly named Cadet Class formally the Midget class. The Coghlan Oval Track Racing Team has been the sponsor of the class for many years and use to feature their sponsors on the class trophies to offer them further exposure, however, this year Pa-Formance Motors will be the naming sponsor of the class. 

Club member and principle of Pa-Formance Motors, Greg Coghlan, builds motors for a number of the front running drivers in the club and has had great success since forming the business. If anyone is looking for a strong reliable motor make contact with Greg and I am sure he will look after you.

Fire Service Plus
is in their 3rd year of supporting the NSWSKC and will be the naming sponsor of the highly contested Junior Class for 2012. Owner of Fire Service Plus, Steve Caunt, is a great supporter of speedway and supports not only the NSWSKC but also a number of classes all the way to the major class being sprintcars.

will be supporting Clubman Heavy and round 5 “The Classic“. Second generation club member and previous top club performer, Jason Freer, has stepped up to support the Clubman Heavy Class with his company Fullscope Electrical Services.

On Track Automotive
owners Kaye and Les Green have been supporters of the NSWSKC for over 6 years. In that time their primary support has been given to the battlers or the unlucky drivers at each championship round. Again this year Kaye and Les will be supporting the club with the “Hard Luck“ award for 2012.  This yearly award is greatly received by someone who has had a bit of bad luck or just had a bad day.

Parramatta Kart Warehouse
has supported the NSWSKC over the 12 years they have been in business. This year PKW are returning to servicing the speedway kart industry at every meeting in 2012. A percentage of all track sales will be returned by Parramatta Kart Warehouse to the club to go into the end of year drivers point fund.

Owner Ian Baker will also attend all meetings this year to offer help and support to their customers along with anyone else that might require it. PKW is located in Arndell Park on Holbeck Road. PH: 02 9831 4477

The New South Wales Speedway Kart Club is grateful for the support these people and businesses are providing to the club and its members and will go a long way to making 2012 another very successful year.
